Family
Going through the different stages of life together. Experiencing the happy times and the not so happy times together. Watching me grow up and in turn, me watching their children grow up to be the filial kids that they are today. I guess this is what family is all about.
Today, I have the honour and the privilege to help my cousin plan for her family, ensuring that when the inevitable happens, there will be proper instructions on who gets what and how its going to be done.
Really grateful to be able to showcase my experience and expertise to my family members and most importantly, using my experience and expertise to apply to their unique family situation gives me invaluable satisfaction to my career.

Importance of having an expert
We met Kian Siong to get our protection portfolio checked out as one of our dearest relative was down with a chronic illness. This made us more aware that we need to get ourselves protected so as not to adversely affect our children in the future.
But what made Kian Siong stand out is the wide range of service he provides, and also the depth of knowledge he has. We even spoke about refinancing our home loan so that we can free up more cash to do the things we love!
Appreciate your efforts Kian Siong!

Deep impressions
I've first met Kian Siong 3 years ago and it was a very interesting experience for both myself and him as well. We talked about my protection plans at the back of an alley where my vehicle was parked and I even had to rush off halfway to make a delivery before resuming the session with him! However, Kian Siong being the professional and the patient guy that he is, waited for me to come back to complete the session and I really felt at ease when dealing with him.
Fast forward to our catch up today. It's very different. Sitting down in a cafe, having coffee and tea whilst we chatted and reminisce our prior meeting experience was fun, and nostalgic!
For anyone that's looking for a capable and trustworthy financial planner, Kian Siong is the man to look for. Cheers!

Using his finanical planning system, we are able to visualise what will happen based on various scenarios that might happen such as purchasing a 2nd property or even us falling ill. By comparing solutions across different providers, we are able to maximise our financial planning dollars and ensure that the solutions provided to us are the most suitable, and catered to our budget.

I met Kian Siong at our company's Lunch & Learn Seminar where it was a complimentary seminar held as a form of welfare for our staffs.

I can never thank you enough
I am very lucky and blessed to be able to meet Kian Siong during one of the Sunday evenings in 2018. This was when we took some hospitalisation protection and long term care protection plans from him. It wasn't much, but Kian Siong assured us that it was one of the most essential protection that we should have.
Fast forward to 31st December 2018, I fainted whilst on a family outing and it was then I was diagnosed with Cancer. Dark days fell upon the family as we are all worried about both my health, as well as the costs involved.
This was when Kian Siong mentioned that he will be able to help me claim from our insurance plans that was bought from him.
Till date, more than $50,000 has been claimed and my family and I would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to him for all the hard work he has put in to ensure timely claims. Coming over to my place almost every other month as I needed much rest is never an easy task.
Thank you so much to all that you have done Kian Siong.

Cashback helped me out during Covid!
Being young and living for the moment, saving money wasn't my priorities at all, in fact, to spend more, I just need to earn more, right?
Wrong.
I know Kian Siong through my sister and it was during one of the meetings where he suggested and strongly recommended that I take up a savings plan to start my savings journey as well as to instil discipline in my money saving habits. We started small. But it was tough.
Fast forward 2 years later, and the pandemic struck, income hasn't been at the best. That's when I received news from the insurer that I was eligible to encash a portion of my savings which was made available for me to withdraw, and this withdrawal has made it possible for me to tide through one of the toughest times that being a young man like myself, has ever encountered!
I would really want to express my appreciation to Kian Siong and his professional service to make these all possible! Thank you!

Wonderful Work!
Kian Siong made a good first impression when he started out by not talking about his work, but making sure that I had dinner before business talk began. Injecting humour and wit while explaining the plans that he had drawn out for me, Kian Siong was precise and clearly experienced with his work.
